Uninteruptible Power Systems, Batteries and Generators
STI provides UPS full service maintenance and repair coverage to include 24/7 emergency service, and full electronic reporting. Calls are answered by a Customer Support agent and customers receive immediate troubleshooting from the technical support staff. In the event you choose to leave a message your call will be returned within 30 minutes. Clients are guaranteed an on-site response time of four hours or less. Full service coverage includes 100% parts, labor, travel, and on-site time for both remedial and emergency repairs; with the exception of battery and full-string capacitor replacements (individual failed capacitors are covered). Emergency service includes labor and travel time for troubleshooting diagnosis. All parts, labor and travel and on-site time for repairs are quoted on an as needed basis.
Battery maintenance services are performed in accordance with IEEE 1188 Standards and manufacturer’s specifications for Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries. Generator maintenance services are provided for all makes and brands of generators and automatic transfer switches.
Generator maintenance is performed by qualified and trained personnel to ensure emergency preparedness for our clients.
