STI’s Principal, Edward F. Torres, is a registered Architect with over 30 years of experience in medical facility planning, program management, maintenance programs and equipment planning. STI provides services to support engineering and construction phases with program and project integration for Health Facilities planning, programming,design, construction, and outfitting/transition planning.
STI has successfully performed project management and medical planning services for over $1 billion of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) medical projects in the San Antonio area, and continues to support the planning and construction of the $534 million Carl R. Darnall Medical Center at Ft Hood, Texas.
